    Hello, Michael and Co!
    The plaque arrived yesterday and frankly, 
    it's just great.  It's for my best friend and he'll love it.  
    As far as getting the crest and history on paper, 
    the plaque is far better than I could've done by 
    just framing it.
    It was safely packed and arrived without damage, 
    much faster than I expected, too.
