1. IrishNation.com will replace any item that is defective in any way whatsoever at no extra charge to the client. 2. Where the client orders and receives an item which subsequently turns out to be incorrect (i.e. the client ordered the wrong item), then IrishNation.com will make every attempt to replace the item with the desired item up to the same value. Where 'customisation' has occurred then an additional charge may be levied. 3. IrishNation.com will replace any item that the client is dissatisfied with upon it being returned to us. A refund will be provided less the cost of mailing and credit card processing. Where the cost of mailing is less than US$5 then no mailing cost will be charged to the client. 4. Any client who attempts to defraud IrishNation.com by using a stolen credit card or by reversing a credit card charge having received the goods will be vigorously pursued through the Courts for costs and damages. 5. When you pay for goods by credit card you are billed in US$. If you use a currency other than US$ then YOUR credit card company automatically converts the US$ price into your local currency. The exchange rates used by your credit card company varies daily and is totally beyond our control. 6. All products offered are subject to availability. Where an item is unavailable for whatever reason then a suitable replacement may be offered to the client. IrishNation.com shall not be liable for any loss or damage, howsoever caused, arising from the unavailability of any item. 7. IrishNation.com provides SSL security and protects the credit card details of our clients. Where an item is returned or an order cancelled for no apparent reason and where the customer has already been billed then a 9.5% charge will be levied (i.e. it costs us 6% to securely process the order and a further 3.5% to process a refund. There are cheaper credit card processors around but we use the best available for our clients protection, even if it costs a little bit more). This charge will not apply when the item supplied is defective. 8. Where an item has been customised then a charge for the work completed will be levied. For example, if a client orders a specific family crest ring with the family crest hand engraved on it then any refund provided will be less a charge for the personalised engraving. Similarly if a family crest plaque is returned then a charge for the artistic composition will be levied. 9. Any free screensavers provided with an order may be kept by the client, even if the order is returned. 10. Any Print, CD or any other item that is provided free with any order (except screensavers) will be subject to a charge unless returned with the original item that was ordered.
